It doesn’t get hot in Seattle very often, but it was on this day.  We’d decided to go the the Woodland Park Zoo, which as you might guess, is located in a wooded park where there is lots of shade. But, as is the case in a large city, lots of other people had that same idea. So when it came time for lunch, a shaded picnic space was not to be found. For 3 year old Bobby, that was the saddest thing that could ever be!

This is one of our favorite photos together. In a week, that pouty little guy is going to be 32… I wonder if we can recreate the picture?
